Hi, everyone, Here is some info on the March 29th Jewelry Workshop, held at Martha's house. It will begin at 1pm, and run roughly 2 hours. If you have an extra chair it would be appreciated! I have a new, longer table, so we should have more elbow room, YAY! The cost is $10 each up to ten people, I have only ten kits available, so pay as soon as you can. I ordered many of the materials from overseas and cannot get anymore in time for the workshop. Each kit has the materials needed to make the necklace shown, and I will be there to guide you through. You can bring your own beads, charms, chains and embellishments to make your necklace unique, as well. The materials for the necklace and earrings will be provided in the kit. But please bring with you: All your jewelry pliers and cutters, a short ruler, lengths of chain, wire, head pins, beads, charms and other found objects and embellishments to make yours unique. If you have a beading tray, bring it, I only have five, Magnifying lenses if you need them, and a nice item to have is a fabric necklace holder to form the necklace on. It's about $10 at Michael's or Hobby Lobby. If you don't want to buy one, you don't need to, they're just handy. The picture of the finished piece is on the Meetup Site, it was too big to upload here!
